Syndesus

A one-pager PDF to position Canada as the smartest place to scale AI teams

Syndesus is a specialist talent partner helping organisations build AI teams in Canada. They required a shareable asset to communicate the strength of Canada’s AI ecosystem and to position the business as the strategic partner that could turn those advantages into real, deployable teams.

The problem

Great talent isn't a sales pitch

Syndesus needed more than "Canada has great AI talent." It needed a convincing case for why organisations should look to Canada when they want to scale.

A solid hook with figures to back it

A lot of story, one page to tell it

That meant condensing a large amount of market and industry information into a short, punchy narrative. It had to build credibility fast, show the size of the opportunity, and make clear how Syndesus helps a business actually build an AI team once it's in the Canadian market.

Just some of Canada's AI hubs

The outcome

A case that builds itself

The page leads the reader through five points in order: Canada has the talent, the infrastructure and institutions to back it up, people ready to deploy, and bigger teams for less money, with Syndesus as the way to make it happen.

Backed by evidence

Statistics, geographic context, talent profiles, salary comparisons and real institutions support every claim.

Hockey cards, but make it AI

In discovery calls, we landed on a concept loosely inspired by Canadian hockey trading cards. I brought it to life with character bio cards and holographic touches placed throughout the page.

Got any doubles?

Built for skimmers

A clear visual hierarchy makes the page easy to scan, so nobody has to wade through a wall of text.

A sharper story for Syndesus

The finished asset gives Syndesus a much stronger narrative around its core offer and positions it as the specialist partner that can make these opportunities happen.
